Our printing team are pretty good, so no matter how busy things get we promise to ship each and every on-demand order within 2 to 5 working days of it being placed, though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. We’ll always let you know when your order has been shipped so you’re not left guessing. In the UK you can get free Royal Mail Second Class delivery or choose Royal Mail First Class Tracked. Europe and the rest of the world are sent by various tracked methods, depending on your location. Shipping time can vary, but expect 1 to 2 working days in the UK, 6 working days in the EU and 10 working days internationally (in addition to printing time). Unfortunately, we don’t deliver your parcels ourselves so we can’t guarantee these times, and if your order hasn’t arrived when expected then it’s likely due to delays with Royal Mail. Please leave up to 10 working days from dispatch in the UK, and 28 working days in the EU and internationally before contacting us for a replacement (though after this time has passed we’ll issue a replacement and do everything we can to track down the missing parcel).
